The Kronner Manipujector is a disposable device for uterine manipulation during laparoscopic pelvic surgery. It features an inflatable balloon that is inflated in the uterus and an easily adjustable handle for manipulator control. This design provides safe uterine manipulation and avoids cervical injury caused by a tenaculum. This product, from the original inventor of the well known HUMI, provides effective uterine manipulation for GYN laparoscopic procedures including laparoscopic assisted hysterectomies. Stylet with Handle
The Kronner Manipujector Stylet with Handle both stiffens the Manipujector tube and provides a handle for better and less fatiguing control of the Manipujector. It is reusable and can be steam autoclaved. A flat area on the handle aids in determining Manipujector position. It can be inserted into the Manipujector either before or after the Manipujector has been inserted.
